Any price difference in the product to be exchanged will be responsibility of the consumer, as well as the shipping logistics expenses (both for the purchased product and the new one of interest).

You have 14 days to return your online purchase from the day you received the product, as long as it is kept in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase (refund timelines may vary depending on each card) and is processed once the product returns to our offices.
