The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between SEEBEYOND SL and the user or customer, in accordance with legal provisions, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contracting, Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of January 15 on Retail Trade Organization, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
SEEBEYOND SL reserves the right to make modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through their websites, by any means admissible by law and will be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. Payment methods
The customer can pay for their order by choosing any of the following methods. During the purchase process, you must indicate your choice:

In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the supplier’s and cardholder’s accounts will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had indeed been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not a consequence of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution, and therefore, the corresponding charge had been unduly demanded to be canceled, the cardholder will be obliged to compensate SEEBEYOND SL for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

When selecting a bank transfer, you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an email with the bank details of SEEBEYOND SL.
It is very important that when making the transfer, you indicate the order number in the subject, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date to validate it.
If you wish, you can send us the proof of payment by email to SANTI@HARDEM.COM. However, in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer.
Remind you that the payment must be made in EUROS and that all eventual exchange and bank commissions are at your expense.
For bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer, you always instruct your bank to bear the charges at the origin, those bank charges and expenses corresponding to your entity. If not, SEEBEYOND SL may suspend the shipment of your order for not receiving the full amount.

Execution of the order
SEEBEYOND SL undertakes to deliver the order within the following period: The estimated delivery time may be between 48 and 72 hours from when the logistics provider has the order, and may vary depending on the purchase destination.
The availability of products offered by SEEBEYOND SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although SEEBEYOND SL updates its stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time.
If the execution is not possible due to unavailability, SEEBEYOND SL will proceed as follows: The buyer will be notified of the lack of stock of the product and the expected execution of the order. In case the buyer decides to wait for stock availability, they will be kept informed of its availability, and the order will be processed as soon as possible. On the other hand, if the buyer does not wish to wait for stock availability, they can cancel their order at no additional cost or request a product change.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer shall have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.
The customer must return the products subject to withdrawal without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 natural days from the date on which their decision to withdraw is communicated.
The refund corresponding to the withdrawal will be made within 14 natural days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been communicated effectively and unequivocally, provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have been received beforehand. Return
SEEBEYOND SL will be responsible for collecting the product.
SEEBEYOND SL will cover the costs of returning the product.
Refund of Payment
The refund of the amounts paid by the customer will be made using the same payment methods used by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
SEEBEYOND SL will refund the amounts paid by the customer within 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.
Return of defective product
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not the customer’s fault, the customer will be entitled to return the product, informing SEEBEYOND SL of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
SEEBEYOND SL undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
