No, we do not carry out prescription glasses. We recommend going directly to an optical store that carries our frame designs, where they can perform the necessary prescription for the lenses. You can find out about the opticians where we are present by clicking here.

It is important to have annual eye checkups with an ophthalmologist. If you experience difficulties in vision and don’t use glasses, you could be further impairing your visual capacity. The ultraviolet light emitted by electronic devices can be harmful, but there are ophthalmic lenses with UV filters that block this light, available in both reading glasses and prescription glasses.

The purchase of your Hardem includes:

  • Case with rigid support.
  • Microfiber flannel.
  • Boarding Pass (specifying the warranty and care suggestions for your Hardem).
  • Card to verify the polarization.
  • Spray to clean the glass.

Hardem offers a guarantee against manufacturing defects for up to 3 years after your purchase. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product we sell, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product.

Possible scratches on the glasses are considered common wear and tear associated with use and are not covered by the warranty unless the user can prove that they existed from the moment the product was delivered. We do not cover damage caused by modification of the original lens. The sending of the glasses for replacement or repair must be made after contact via WhatsApp.

  • Take care of it from high temperatures (mainly avoid automobile panels).
  • Clean them with a glass cleaning spray or, eventually, with water and then wipe with the flannel that comes with your lens.
  • Keep them in the case whenever you can.

We recommend always using products specifically designed for cleaning glasses, such as the microfiber cloth and the glass cleaner spray that you receive with your online purchase.

If you do not have these materials, you can clean them with PH neutral soap and water. For drying, we recommend a microfiber flannel, which does not scratch the glass or leave residue.

All Hardem are 100% polarized and with UV 400 protection.

For us it is very important to protect our eyes from the harmful effects of the sun’s rays. That’s why we prioritize that all our glasses are polarized:

  • Block reflected light
  • They increase the contrast
  • Increase the detail of objects
  • Improve visual comfort, reducing the annoying effects of glare

Polarized lenses are sunglasses lenses that contain a special filter that blocks reflected light and only allows useful light to pass through, providing glare-free vision with natural color and contrast.

This way, we protect your eyes at all times from the negative effects of glare and provide a much clearer vision.

All of our sunglasses and prescription frames are made entirely of the highest quality acetate. Acetate is strong but flexible, making your Hardem comfortable and durable.

Our wide variety of colors and designs will make it possible for us to find that perfect match that you are looking for.

The gauge is the distance in millimeters between the two horizontal ends of the crystal, the temple and the bridge. That is, its horizontal diameter. For example, glasses with a measurement of 46-25-150 mean the following: 46mm (lens width) – 25mm (bridge width) – 150mm (temple length).

No, our glasses are one size fits all. Being made of acetate, they can be molded with heat to open or shrink them in case of any discomfort.

Our glasses are designed under the concept of genderless or unisex. The design focuses on style, trend, and comfort above gender conventions.

Both sunglasses and prescription frames can be exchanged within 3 consecutive days from their reception, as long as they are kept in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Any price difference in the product to be exchanged is the responsibility of the consumer, as well as the shipping logistics expenses (both for the purchased product and the new one of interest).

You have 14 consecutive days to return your online purchase from the date you received the product, as long as they are kept in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase (refund timelines may vary depending on each card) and is processed once the product returns to our offices.

We have shipping service through GLS.

GLS delivery can take up to 7 business days within Spain and up to 10 business days for countries outside Spain, but it varies depending on the distance. We recommend tracking it with the shipping information provided by GLS.

Destination and price: Shipping is free of charge. We ship to the entire country and the European Union.

Delivery time: Delivery times depend on logistics. GLS delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on their policies. Orders are discarded within the first 48 hours after the purchase is made.
